Today has probably been the worst on my body, but the pain has still been quite manageable. I've felt groggy all day so it was lucky for me that my friends who came over were perfectly fine watching Netflix while I napped. I took two mini-naps today and felt incredibly rejuvenated afterwards. I need to make a habit of those during my recovery. I'm still pretty congested today. It's driving me nuts that I can't blow my nose! Oh well, it's worth it in my book. Here are just a few pictures from today:
